Data
The only personal data I process is the one you send me via the contact form or via e-mail, namely your contact details and your story.
Purpose
PEAK PERFORMANCE processes your personal data with the sole aim of understanding your situation in order to make you happy, as stated on the website. Dope!
Legal basis
I only process your data with your consent. You may withdraw your consent anytime for future processing.
Storage
Unless otherwise agreed with you, I will delete or anonymise any of your data two months after our last contact.
Third party processors
This website is hosted by Bluebox Design from beautiful Zurich. Their task consists of redirecting your messages into my e-mail inbox.
Additionally, Google Analytics runs on this website to analyse its use and to optimise it.
Google Analytics is a web analysis service which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, U.S.A.). Google processes the data related to the use of this website on PEAK PERFORMANCE’s instructions and guarantees the confidentiality of the data by contract.
During your visit of the website, the following data is processed mainly:
- Retrieved sites
- Your approximate location (country and city)
- Your IP address in shortened form, so that no precise mapping is possible
- Technical information, e.g. browser and device
- Source of your visit (i.e. how you ended up on this website)
This data is transmitted to a server of Google in the U.S. Google respects the data protection requirements by relying on approved modal contract clauses.
Google Analytics saves cookies in your web browser for a period of two years since your last visit. These cookies contain a random User ID, with which you are recognised on the occasion of your future website visits.
The collected data is saved with the random User ID, which allows for the analysis of anonymous user profiles. This user data is erased automatically after 14 months. Other data is stored for an unlimited amount of time in aggregated form.
If you do not consent to the above, you can deactive Google Analytics with a one-time installation of an -> add-on.
Data security
PEAK PERFORMANCE protects your personal data by means of appropriate technical and organisational security measures against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure and access.
Your rights
You have the following data protection rights according to the Federal Act on Data Protection and the GDPR:
- Right to information, i.e. to know what data I have of you
- Right to correction, i.e. to have me correct any wrong data
- Right to erasure, i.e. to have any data deleted before the two months deletion period
- Right to portability, i.e. to receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to restrict processing, i.e. to limit what I can do with your data in certain cases
- Right to object to the processing (which doesn’t play any role here because I only process data with your consent)
To make use of any of the above rights please contact the Data Protection Officer.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent regulatory authority. I’m sure we can settle the matter though; I’m not that much into litigation.
